David B. Small Ext. 102 Mr. Small's degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California received in 1987. He also received a Masters of Accounting from USC in 1988. Upon leaving school, Mr. Small expanded his knowledge by working in both the Audit and Tax departments of noted firm, Coopers and Lybrand in Los Angeles. He gained invaluable expertise in Real Estate Tax and Finance as Vice-President and Controller of a Real Estate Development firm. Mr. Small now serves as the managing partner of Kelly & Small and specializes in Tax, Computer and Financial Consulting.
Ext. 105 Mr. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Woodbury University in Los Angeles where he majored in accounting. From school, Mr. Kelly served diligently in the Audit department of renowned San Francisco firm, Touche, Ross & Co., and then transferred to their Los Angeles office and the busy Small Business department. Mr. Kelly was a partner in Jewell & Jenkins CPAs and Kelly & Masters CPAs, LLP, prior to becoming the former managing partner at Kelly & Small where he is well-known as a tax and business specialist with specific expertise in the food service industry. |
